We have tried them all; we’ve experienced and explored each one in the early morning and the middle of the night, accompanied by the sun and Gothic lightning. We’ve eaten, played and chatted with the staff and owners of each spot.

We asked our hosts and other travelers about their experiences, legends, and anecdotes. We slept in each place and tested its services, but that’s not all: we believe that hospitality involves all of our senses, pleasure and knowledge, and it doesn’t just regard a place to stay during a trip. We explored the surroundings, harvesting and recording information according to their respective atmospheres. Each place has special characteristics that interested and inspired us.

Because even the best room isn’t memorable if it doesn’t have its own story.
